Why The Need For Change?
New Adviser Limited was established to assist Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) move towards a more profitable, advice driven, sustainable business model.
Many IFAs around the UK know that the business model they have worked with, and have been very successful with for the last ten or twenty years, may now not be sustainable going forward. We believe it is a time for evolutionary change, and although the change process can be involved, the resulting business that emerges afterwards is more profitable, more financially secure and has considerably greater embedded value.
Post RDR announcement, MiFiD and the prospect of more Principle Based regulation from the FSA, New Adviser Ltd understands the issues facing IFA practices today. We have seen the real benefits that constructive change has had to numerous IFA businesses.
The Masterclass Programme
To help IFA's understand the changes required to face the challenges of a modern IFA practice New Adviser Ltd has developed its innovative MASTERCLASS programme.
The MASTERCLASS Programme will address twelve different topics as part of an ongoing series, held every 90-days for the principals of "New Adviser" practices. From the input of the coaches, delegates will gain an understanding of what change can be implemented in their own business. Perhaps more importantly build confidence that a new business model will be beneficial to both themselves and their chosen clients.
The Coaching Programme is delivered by IFA's for IFA's. Led by Nick Peters who has designed and delivered other highly successful programmes, including the one day "Step into Fees" for a leading player in the pensions sector.
To ensure a profitable future which can meet current and future challenges, it is essential to both plan effectively and continuously revisit that planning in light of external factors, and most importantly, ensure an enjoyable future.
